The Town supplies water at a cost to contractors and bulk water haulers. In order to keep rates low for all East Gwillimbury customers, the Town must recover all costs for water.When people connect to the Town’s water system without a water meter and back flow device they are stealing water. This theft also risks damage to public infrastructure and contamination of the drinking water system.
