Parking Consideration Form

The Town of East Gwillimbury accepts requests for Parking Considerations. Parking considerations must be submitted 48 hours in advance and may be issued for a maximum of 15 days per plate per calendar year. 

If you are submitting a request 48 hours in advance and have not requested to exceed the maximum allowance of 15 days per vehicle, please consider your parking consideration approved. Staff will only contact you if they have questions or concerns with your submission. 

If you are requesting parking consideration for more than 15 days, please wait to be contacted by staff. These requests are handled individually and may require more information.

Parking Considerations exempt vehicles from the following parking provisions: parking between the hours of 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. and the three (3) hour restriction. This can be used for special circumstances such as out-of-town guests, driveway repairs, or special occasions. Considerations are issued for short-term use only and at the discretion of the By-law Department. Parking Consideration are not valid during a snow event.
